These are our standard house policies. They may be relaxed or tightened based on requirements by a tour.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
To ensure the safety of our guests, and to make sure the concert experience is enjoyable for all of our patrons, the following rules have been put in place.
Please note, that any updated policies for a specific show may appear on the individual event page.
If you have medical, or special needs, please arrange accomodations before the day of show.
All guidelines subject to change, and management reserves the right to make individual exceptions/additions to this list based on circumstance.
Violation of these rules may result in being ejected from the building with NO ticket refund.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the building, according to state law. Smoking/vaping is permitted, for those of age, in the Penthouse Lounge.
NO moshing, crowd surfing, or stage diving
NO intoxication or other signs of impairments related to alcohol consumption or otherwise
NO fighting or threats of violence
NO reentry or ins and outs
NO unauthorized unlicensed vendors, solicitations, handbills, sampling, etc allowed
NO unauthorized entry to non-public areas (storage closets, offices, etc)
NO outside food or beverages
NO backpacks, camelbaks, or bota bags
NO large purses, or bags (over 10"x10")
NO audio or video recording devices/accessories of any kind, including GoPros.
NO professional camera equipment without a pass from the tour.
NO weapons (concealed or otherwise) including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.
NO illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
NO spikes or long wallet chains.
NO selfie sticks
NO gum, sweetbreath
NO laser pointers
NO glass, bottles, cans, or coolers
NO markers, or spray paint
NO stickers, flyers, banners, or posters
NO item that management may consider dangerous or problematic.
