On weekends, the box office opens two hours before show time.
On show nights, the box office remains open until the end of the show (except holidays).

If there is a show on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the box office is open two hours before the earliest show time that day.

Tickets purchased in person at The Rave box office are exempt from the order fee that is charged online and over the phone.

Area college students can also save up to an additional $5 per order on select shows. Contact the box office for details.

The Rave Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, The Rave Gift Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. NO checks.

When picking up Will Call tickets at the box office, you will need a photo ID matching the name on the order. For your security, we may ask to see the credit card used for the order.

Tickets ordered for Will Call can also usually be picked up in advance. Please allow 2 business days from the time of your order to process your order.

Will Call name changes can only be made by calling the box office during business hours BEFORE the day of the show. Please note that some ticket types may not allow name changes.

If you don't receive your tickets in the mail for any reason, or have lost or misplaced your tickets, the box office can re-issue your tickets in person on the night of the show.

Lost and Found is managed at the box office. Please call between Monday thru Friday - 10am to 6pm

The Rave/Eagles Club strongly suggests you purchase tickets only from,, and official band websites. The Rave does not sell tickets on Ticketmaster. If you don't see The Rave logo, the Etix logo, or the band logo, on the purchase site, please ask or check or feel free to ask us, before you purchase!

The Rave/Eagles Club does not advise purchasing tickets from craigslist, ebay, ticket resellers/scalpers (such as StubHub, TicketsNow, seatgeek, tickets-center, eventticketscenter, cheaptickets, ticketliquidator, viagogo, box-officetickets, ticketnetwork, tickpick, and others), street vendors, or other private parties, and cannot guarantee the validity and subsequent admission on such tickets. These tickets are overpriced and sometimes counterfeit/duplicate that will not get you into the show.

The Rave / Eagles Club has partnered with LYTE to offer fan-to-fan ticket exchange on sold out events.

If you can no longer attend a show, you can sell your tickets quickly and easily to LYTE who will in turn sell them to another fan at a fair market rate, below scalper prices. There is no waiting around for someone to buy your tickets, or risky in-person meet-ups.

If you missed the boat on getting yourself a ticket, you can go ahead and purchase tickets as they are made available by other fans. All tickets on the LYTE platform are authentic tickets from our ticketing partner, eTix. You never have to worry about over-paying or being sold an invalid ticket.
