As he continued to share his music on SoundCloud, Kidd G quickly built a loyal fanbase attracted to his authentic charm and the relatable nature of his lyrics. Exploring his country roots further, he created “Dirt Road”—a nostalgic ballad that went viral, amassing over 5 million views on YouTube within just a month. “I love country because it feels so natural to me, and you can really tell stories in the songs,” Kidd G shares, citing Hank Williams Jr. as one of his musical influences.
