Things are changing often, so it is hard to predict too far into the future for a specific show. We will follow any mandates from the City of Milwaukee, it's health department, or any specific tour as to their policy regarding vaccines. Such policy will be posted on therave.com show page and in the facebook event.
How old do you have to be to get into The Rave/Eagles Club?
Most of our shows are all ages, meaning anyone can attend. However, you still must be 21 to drink alcohol. A handful of shows during the year are 17+, 18+ or 21+ and those shows will be clearly marked on our calendar.
When is the box office open?
Currently, the box office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm. For weekend shows, the box office opens 2 hours before the earliest show time of the day. On show nights, the box office is open until the end of the show. The box office phone number is 414-342-7283. Where is The Rave/Eagles Club? How do I get there?
The Rave/Eagles Club is located on the southwest corner of 24th Street and Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our address is 2401 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee WI 53233. For directions, please visit our Map & Directions page.
Do you accept cash? credit cards?
The Rave box office accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and The Rave Gift Cards
The bars throughout the building accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I don't see a place on eTix.com to enter my gift card.
At this time, etix.com doesn't take our gift cards. Please contact our box office at 414.342.7283 between Noon and 5pm, Monday through Friday. We'll be happy to take your gift card order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase gift cards at our box office, by phone at 414.342.7283, or online at store.therave.com.
I can't get my gift card to work. What's wrong?
Our gift cards don't work on eTix.com yet. Please contact our box office at 414.343.7283 between Noon and 5pm, Monday through Friday,
What time does will call open?
You can pick up your tickets anytime we are open, beginning 24 hours (or one business day) after your order is placed. You can also pick up your tickets on the night of the show.
I want to use two gift cards, but the website only accepts one at a time. What do I do?
Send us an email with both gift card numbers and we'll combine them into one gift card.
Can I get food at The Rave/Eagles Club?
Yes you can. For larger shows, we have a pizza stand available upstairs in the Rockstar Lounge.
Is smoking allowed at The Rave/Eagles Club?
No. Laws took effect July 1, 2010 that banned smoking inside the building. New e-cig laws took effect in June of 2018 that banned vaping anywhere smoking is banned. The Penthouse Rooftop Lounge is available for smoking for some shows.
Are e-cigarettes/vaping permitted?
As of June 2018, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed to be smoked in buildings or anywhere regular tobacco smoking is not allowed. Smoking is allowed in the Penthouse Lounge. Vape kits are not allowed in the building.

How can I get my band to play at The Rave/Eagles Club?
The Rave primarily books national acts through their agent, However, from time to time, The Rave needs a local band to open for other acts. Use our contact form to contact us. But please know that The Rave is one of the busiest concert venues in America. It's not a place for your first concert!
Why no moshing or crowdsurfing?
We want everyone to have a good time, and that's hard to do when you're being kicked in the back of the head by some guy in boots who decided to crowd surf. Contrary to some beliefs, crowd surfing is NOT harmless. People can get hurt.

What are the different rooms inside The Rave/Eagles Club?
The Rave/Eagles Club is a multi-room entertainment complex.
The lower level is the Eagles Hall (sometimes referred to as The Rave II or The Bassment).
The main ground level is home to The Rave (also known as The Rave Hall) and to two smaller rooms, The Rave Bar and The Craft Beer Lounge.
The concierge level contains The Rave balcony and the RockStar Lounge.
The upper levels are the Eagles Ballroom (and its balcony). The Eagles Ballroom Club Stage is another configuration of The Eagles Ballroom.
And the uppermost level is The Penthouse.
Can I rent a room in The Rave?

ticketing questionsWhat is a Verified Fan?
Verified Fan keeps bots out of the ticket buying process. While Verified Fan does not guarantee that every fan will get a ticket, it does make the ticket buying experience fairer by ensuring only other fans are competing for tickets. A simple registration is all it takes to get verified and have the opportunity to be invited to buy tickets.

Do you offer Print at Home tickets?
Yes, you can select print at home as an option for delivery. You can either then print your ticket or display it on your phone for entry.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Yes! The box office is at the front of the building once you enter The Rave/Eagles Club. The box office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and The Rave/Eagles Club Gift Cards. Sorry, no checks. You can save up to $3 per ticket on service charges and avoid the online order fee by purchasing in advance of the day of show at the box office.
Can I buy V.I.P. Balcony Tickets?
Yes, they are available at The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 24th & Wisconsin, or call The Rave/Eagles Club box office at 414-342-RAVE. You can also get tickets at tickets.therave.com or Etix.com. Please note that VIP Balcony tickets are general admission with no promise of a seat unless otherwise noted. NOTE: Some tours may sell VIP packages or VIP passes. Those are wholly different from VIP Balcony.
How can I get the presale password for a concert?
Some concerts may offer a presale, allowing fans to purchase tickets before the show officially goes on sale. In order to obtain the presale password, either a) join our email newsletter list at join.therave.com, or b) download our app - we'll post presale in the 'news' section. These presales are limited to internet sales only in most cases. Sometimes, the artist also (or only) has a presale and that code is available through their website/fan club, etc.
What does "Will Call" mean?
Will Call simply means that you pick up your tickets at The Rave box office, usually on the night of the show. Contrary to its name, Will Call does not mean we will be calling you.
Can I change the name of the person picking up tickets at Will Call?
In most cases, yes. Call our box office before the day of the show at 414-342-7283. No name changes may be made on the day of the show.
When will I receive my tickets?
In most cases, you should receive your tickets within five to ten days. The Rave sends tickets via the US Postal Service. They do great work, however, sometimes, tickets may take a little longer. If you do not receive your tickets within 2 days of a show, call us at 414-342-7283 during regular business hours.
How soon after I place an order for will call can I pick up my tickets?
If you place an order for will call, we ask that you give us one business day to prepare your order for pick up. If the show is the same day as your order, your tickets will be ready for you one hour before show time.
What do I need to bring to pick up my tickets?
When you pick up your Will Call ticket, you will need your order number (or receipt), a valid photo ID, and we may request to see the credit card that was used to place the order. This is done to protect you from fraud. For a valid photo ID, you can use any government issued photo ID, any school issued photo ID, or a passport. If you do not have any of these items, please contact The Rave box office at 414-342-7283 at least 24 hours before the show.
How can I get meet and greet tickets?
For some shows, the band has us sell some of their meet and greet passes. If The Rave is selling them, they will be listed on the event page and the ticketing page of TheRave.com.
For some shows, the bands sell their own meet and greet passes. You can check their website or facebook pages for additional details.
I bought meet and greet tickets through the band website. Where/when do I meet up?
The website where you purchased the meet/greet passes will send you information in the days prior to the concert. We regret that we may not have additional information until it is provided to us by the band tour manager, usually on the day of the show.
Can I return my tickets?
As with most entertainment events, all ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, unless the headline act cancels or reschedules. For details, see our return policy.
I bought tickets from a third party vendor. They look real. Are they?
The Rave does not advise purchasing tickets from a third party vendor or street vendor. Often times, they are counterfeit, fraudulent, or duplicates and may not get you into the show. Even websites that seem legitimate are suspect to sellers who may not have your best interest in mind. If your ticket is invalid, you will be turned away. We have no choice.
I lost/misplaced my tickets. What can be done?
Call our box office at 414-342-7283.
I lost/can't find my email with my print at home tickets. What can be done?
Contact us at email@example.com. Also, please check your junk/spam folders. Sometimes, they get caught up in those filters.
My ticket order came with a free album. How do I get it?
Each offer is different. Some may be a physical copy of the album which will be mailed to you. Sometimes, it is an emailed code for a download. Please check the information on the page where you purchased your tickets for additional information. Download codes are usually sent out once a week, so please allow 1-2 weeks to get your download code. Mailed items may take longer.
event questionsDoes The Rave have a coat check?
Yes, coat check is located on our lower level, and is open whenever the temperature is scheduled to be below 45 degrees. Coat check is $5.
What time do doors open?
Doors usually open about 90-120 minutes before show time for the Eagles Ballroom shows, and 60 minutes before show time for most other shows. However, if a band is late with their sound check, doors may be delayed.
Is there seating available?
The Rave/Eagles Club is a general admission venue. While there is limited seating areas, they are most often first come, first served. Some events may have reserved seating. Be sure to check the ticketing page and/or your ticket.
Is there parking available?
Yes, The Rave/Eagles Club offers two lots for parking. You can purchase parking by calling 414-342-7283 or visiting parking.therave.com.
Please be careful when parking in private lots operated by someone other than The Rave. The person waving you in may not own the lot, and you may get towed.
My parking pass is at will call. Do I have to go in to get it before I can park?
Our parking lot attendants will have a list of everyone who prepaid for parking. Simply check in with a parking lot attendant. You do not need to go inside to get your parking pass first.
Can I bring a camera to The Rave/Eagles Club?
No cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment is allowed in The Rave/Eagles Club. This is mostly by the request of the bands. Small pocket cameras or cellphone cameras are acceptable.
How can I get a photo pass to a show?
Photo passes are controlled by the headliner of the show. You would need to contact their publicity department.
Can I bring in a backpack, purse, camelbak, etc?

I heard a show is playing at The Rave/Eagles Club but I can't find it on your website.
It is possible that the band has not yet fully confirmed the show with us, or that the band planned on a show here but it did not get finalized.
When is (band name) going to play The Rave/Eagles Club again?
If you don't see the show on our calendar, we don't know when the band will be back. We hope soon! Keep checking our calendar, or better yet, join our mailing list.
What time does (band name) go on?
The Rave often does not get official set times until late afternoon on the day of the show, and even then, they are subject to change. Therefore, we may not offer set times. If we have set times, they will be posted on TheRave.com.
Why is (band name) opening this show and not headlining it? They're a much better band.
The headliner usually has the bigger current following. Headliners schedule their tours and invite opening bands to join them. There are times when a band that has been around longer may be opening for a band that hasn't been around as long. The Rave does not choose the order of bands, nor the time length of a band's set.
I want to propose to someone at the (band name) show. Can you arrange that?
Awww, that's sweet. The band controls all aspects of the stage for the day they are here. You would have to contact band management to try to have something like that arranged.
